Last updated: August 2026
Compound Works Limited (“Compound Works”, “we”, “I”) is a company registered in England & Wales. This notice explains what personal information we collect through compound.works and how we use it.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email, company, role, enquiry category, message and any timing details you provide. We may also store the page you enquired from and the timestamp.
Why we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, understand what you're trying to do, and if it's a fit, to continue the conversation about working together. We do not sell, share or use enquiry data for marketing lists.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the consent you provide when submitting the form.
Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics (for example Google Analytics 4 or a similar tool) to understand how the site is used in aggregate. Where legally required, non-essential analytics load only after consent.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond and, where a working relationship follows, for as long as required to run and account for that engagement.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@compound.works. You can also complain to the UK ICO.
